Major Revision

Major Revision means changing the majority of the design such as changing the furniture layout, changing majority of the finishes and/or furniture; or overall look in a room is considered a Major Revision.

This is only applicable PER ROOM and not to the whole BESPOKE Styling Guide product. A major revision includes (1) new floor plan per room and (2) new 3D Interior Perspectives per room only.

NOTE: A complete redesign of the entire Unit Floor Plan would already exceed the scope of a Major Revision. Similarly, a change in design concept or style would necessitate us advising the client to purchase a new Bespoke Styling Guide product entirely.
